Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Metric Flow IQ (the "Service"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may not share accounts across individuals unless explicitly permitted by your plan or agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Upload malware, interfere with the Service, or bypass usage limits.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Metric Flow IQ a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to collect, use, and share Customer Data (including personal information) with the Service.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Metric Flow IQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Metric Flow IQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
