Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Metric Flow IQ collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our CRM application (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

  • Account information (e.g., name, email, organization) when you create an account or request a demo.
  • Customer Data you input (e.g., contacts, activities, notes) as part of normal CRM usage.
  • Third‑party integration data (optional). If you connect Google Calendar, we receive and store OAuth authorization tokens and integration metadata (for example: the ID of the dedicated calendar we create or use, your calendar time zone, and event IDs) so we can sync your CRM activities to your Google Calendar.
  • Usage and device data (e.g., pages viewed, feature usage, IP address, browser type) to operate and improve the Service.
  • Support communications when you contact us.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
  • Authenticate users and enforce role/tenant access controls.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service.
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
  • Improve product features and user experience.
  • If you enable Google Calendar integration, sync CRM activities assigned to you to a dedicated calendar in your Google account.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use browser storage and similar technologies (such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and in some cases IndexedDB) to operate the Service.

  • Strictly necessary: authentication/session state, security features, and keeping the app working reliably.
  • Preferences: UI settings like theme, navigation state, and other convenience features.
  • Monitoring (optional): if enabled by us via configuration, we use Sentry for error and performance monitoring. This can include collecting diagnostic events (for example: errors, performance timings, and basic device/browser information) to help us improve reliability.

We do not use third‑party advertising cookies on our public landing pages.

Your choices: You can control or clear site data via your browser settings. Note that blocking or deleting storage may affect sign-in and core app functionality.

4. How we share information

We may share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example: hosting, authentication, analytics, or email delivery). These providers are permitted to process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing their services.

For an enterprise-friendly list of subprocessors, see /subprocessors.

We may also share information when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of users, or prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Google Calendar integration (optional)

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the Service uses Google APIs to create or use a dedicated calendar (for example: “My CRM Tasks”) and create/update events that represent your CRM activities.

  • What we access: calendar metadata needed to create/find the dedicated calendar (including time zone), and the events we create/manage in that dedicated calendar.
  • What we store: OAuth tokens (access/refresh), the dedicated calendar ID, your calendar time zone, and event IDs that map CRM activities to Google events.
  • What we write: event title/type, due date/time, status details in the description, and a link back to the CRM record.

You can disconnect the integration at any time in the app, which stops synchronization and deletes stored Google authorization tokens from our systems. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.

Metric Flow IQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods can vary based on account settings and contractual requirements.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can update certain account information within the Service.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
  • You can opt out of non-essential communications where offered.
  • If you connected Google Calendar, you can disconnect in the app or revoke access from your Google Account.
